It's my favorite to go spot on a rainy day. Also, a great happy hour vibe in the Willowbrook 1960 area! The price is excellent! Enchiladas are delish! Drinks are tantalizing!

First Time — Definitely Not the Last! I visited Celaya's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming — vibrant colors, a spacious layout, and an authentic cantina vibe that made it feel both lively and relaxing. I went for Friday happy hour with friends, and I ordered a margarita on the rocks, dressed with salt — just how I like it. It was well-made and refreshing. For dinner, I tried the Chicken Enchiladas al Carbon, which were topped with a savory gravy and melted American cheese — absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, friendly without being overbearing, and the food came out hot and fast. The chips and salsa were fresh and flavorful, and the prices were more than fair for the quality. I have been to this place 3 times now, and I love it from service to food. I am surprised that it is not that full. I have been to it in lunch hour and dinner hour and same thing not packed like other restaurants. They do have complimentary salsa and chips to start, and a distinct thing they do is also give you nacho cheese for free to go with the chips. I really like the hand-made corn tortillas. Overall I will be coming back to this place and do recommend it.

I took my mother to lunch and wanted to try this place for a few years now. What took me so long???? I was so impressed! Service was fantastic, and I loved the deco of the interior. That food though! My mom said she used to have to visit the North side to get food like that. I highly recommend Celaya's to anyone wanting great Mexican food

riquisimo sunday breakfast buffet is amazing. love the set up the food the atmosphere the service the taste and the way they presented the buffet really amazing love the pozole the mini trompo tacos. are amazingly delicious 100%%% recommend this place prices are great too for the food they serve definitely great

This is my go-to Mexican restaurant every time. Everything on the menu is good, from the free chips & salsa (both kinds), to the appetizers, entrees, desserts, & the margarita/drink menu. My family has been eating here for well over 10 years now & still do, like it’s a tradition. My usual go-to when they ask where I want to eat for my birthday too. Love the staff, fresh tortillas, & live music on certain days. One of my fave places for sure. If anyone asks for Mexican food for dinner, everyone knows I’d pick Celaya’s any day.

This restaurant meets expectations when it comes to Mexican cuisine. The breakfast buffet is awesome and the frozen margaritas are exceptional. The place is packed on the weekends but is worth it.

Last night, I visited Celayas's Restaurant. The host greeted me promptly and kindly. It was probably 90% full and the service was attentive. The food is good. We tried chicken mole and pork fajitas. Margaritas were good, too.
